Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from your order date.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Peak seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also find help on our Track your order page.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before paying. To change it, email us within 12 hours of your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.

Lost or late package

See our refund policy: if your package is lost, we resend it for free or refund you.
